Rete Dafne Mantova was founded in February 2022, thanks to the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding promoted by the Municipality of Mantua and Libra Ets, which was joined as a network by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Mantua, the Prefecture of Mantua, the Province of Mantua, the Mantua Bar Association, the External Penal Execution Office of Mantua and Cremona, The Office for Juvenile Social Service of Brescia and Rete Dafne Italia.
